Isograma is looking for Administration OfficerIsograma is looking for Administration Officer responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s administration department.
Candidate’s profile:
• Previous working experience of 2-3 years in relevant position
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (both in Greek and English)
• Experienced user of MS office or MAC ios (or both)
• Well organized, ability to prioritize tasks & projects, team spirit
Key responsibilities:
• Monitoring project progress, timelines and expenses per client
• Communicating daily with clients and suppliers
• Collaborating closely with the creative team for the projects completion
• Invoicing & Filing
