Client Services Manager

Initiative is looking for a motivated, passionate, Client Services Manager to join a multinational Client Team.

The Role

*Develop relationships with clients to understand their business needs and develop media plan

*Act as the point of contact for clients brief

*Lead communication projects ensuring their high quality implementation and delivery

*Develop opportunities for growing existing business (off and on line)

*Develop new ideas and out of the box thinking

*Work closely with cross teams for the projects development and operational execution.

Desired Skills and Experience

*Relevant successful business experience of at least 5 years

*Experience in Big local and/or International Clients

*In depth understanding of digital ecosystem

*Critical thinking and strong communication skills

*Solution focused client-centric mindset

*Academic Degree in Business, Marketing or Economics

*Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
