About the job
DigitalWise is seeking to hire a Senior Account Manager with 3-5 years' experience. We are a fast growing advertising agency handling top Greek & International clients. You will be working as part of our Client Service department
Responsibilities
- Manage top clients and complicated projects
- Nurture clients’ relationships and ensure clients’ satisfaction
- Organize projects from strategy and pre-sales presentations until kick off meetings and the ongoing progress
- Coordinate members from different teams and ensure that the project meets the deadlines and quality standards of the company.
- Participate in daily/weekly account management meetings.
Requirements
- University or College Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years experience in the Client Service Department of an advertising or digital agency
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing
- Fast and efficient, with proven time management skills; committed to meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
