About the role
Food Plus S.A. is company with more than 30 years of experience in the food industry being the exclusive franchisee of KFC in the Greek market with 17 restaurants in Athens and Thessaloniki.
KFC chain, is under a strong growth in terms of stores and sales, and therefore we are expanding our team to support development.
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager who will collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to develop and execute brand strategy, and manage key marketing partners, media, digital and creative agencies to drive the execution of agreed plans, safeguarding in parallel brand building. The role reports to the Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute plans that will drive brand building, business growth and new channel development, implementing international brands’ business strategy.
Responsible to implement communication and calendar plan and effectively manage marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to ensure the highest ROI for all brand-related activities.
Oversee all aspects of brand campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, and monitor their performance using data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments.
Responsible for all key marketing partners, media, digital and creative agencies to develop and execute highly effective brand campaigns.
Work with the Marketing team to develop promo calendar, menu architecture, innovation, and right pricing and value mix, following KFC standards.
Report on the performance of brand initiatives, using data and KPIs to evaluate success and make informed recommendations for improvements.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adapt brand strategies accordingly.
Deep dive, by analyzing business performance of each channel, aiming to identify opportunities that will allow KFC to grow Sales, TRX and drive the upcoming digitalization trend that QSR category is facing.
Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in experience in in relevant position in food, retail or FMCG business.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Fluent English knowledge.
Good knowledge of computer and good understanding of media & digital environment
