Ogilvy seeks to recruit an Influence Manager to work with its team on its top clients. Reporting to the Senior Account Director, they will be directly responsible for the ideation, project management and execution of influencer campaigns.


  • Being responsible for overseeing and implementing influencer campaigns on a day-to-day basis, including identifying potential influencers, overseeing campaign execution, and reporting providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement
  • Actively participating in and creating influencer strategies for clients, which includes recommending objectives, targets, action plans, influencer selection, content calendars, and budgets
  • Identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators on various social media platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Managing and updating the influencer database to ensure its accuracy
  • Working closely with both internal teams and external partners, including talent agencies and production companies, to collaboratively deliver successful influencer programs for clients
  • Being able to present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients
  • Keeping current with industry trends and best practices and sharing knowledge and insights with the team to ensure that the agency remains competitive and up to date with the latest influencer marketing strategies
  • Providing support on various projects as needed, which may include new business pitches, market reviews, and keeping up to date with competitive trends


  • Passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of three years’ experience in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Demonstrate experience in building productive relationships with both clients & influencers
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
  • Experience with influencer campaign management tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
