Project Manager

for POS & Promotional Materials

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to new briefs, research and develop new ideas, creative documents, branding materials’ proposals, budgets and presentations
• Manage suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines
• Act as the point of contact for clients for branding and production matters
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, account management) for the projects’ development & operational execution
• Manage and handle suppliers for productions of advertising material
• Identify new tools, practices, suppliers, technology and trends in the advertising industry
• Develop opportunities for growing existing business and new business

Qualifications needed:

• Higher level of education in Marketing, Advertising or Graphic Arts
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in print, POS and promotional goods industry
• Fluency in Greek and English language
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Organizational skills, keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and to prioritize effectively
• Proactive and confident, ability to work under pressure
