Media Manager

Initiative, a leading media agency in Greece is looking for a motivated, passionate Media Manager to join a multinational Client Team.

The Role

• Develop relationships with clients leads
• Act as the point of contact for client briefs
• Lead communication projects ensuring high quality implementation and delivery
• Develop opportunities for growing existing business (off and on line) within current clientele
• Develop new ideas and out of the box thinking
• Work closely with cross-teams for projects’ development and operational execution

Desired Skills and Experience

• Relevant successful business experience of at least 6 years at a Media Specialist agency
• Experience in Major International Clients and locally operating International Clients
• Experience across all media channels
• In depth understanding of digital ecosystem
• Experience and ability to drive multichannel Digital Marketing Campaigns
• Critical thinking and excellent people management
• Solution-focused and client-centric mindset
• Academic Degree in Business, Marketing or Economics
• Fluency in English (verbal and written communication)
